Triathelite Strength Training: Time Limited Edition
This is a four phase progressive overload strength training program for individuals with lifting (preferably power lifting) experience that focuses on training effectiveness over shorter workout sessions (<45 mins) and less frequency than other programs.
The phase progressions* are as follows:
Strength Build/Hypertrophy (3x week for 4 weeks)
Power Application (3x week for 4 weeks)
Muscular Endurance (2x week for 4 weeks)
Maintenance (1-2x week (by preference) for 1-4 weeks, depending on your Pre-Competition and Competition Phase lengths)
TriathELITE Strength Training: Time Limited Edition is for any individual (not just triathletes!) looking to improve overall strength, endurance, and power output on a time budget.
