Where do I begin! Kelly Ann knows her stuff!!!! She’s the most well rounded coach I have ever heard of! She will coach you in strength, triathlon and nutrition. There’s not a single coach I have ever encountered that’s experienced in all three!!!! She’s the whole package. She was always available to chat, to change schedules around and to talk me off the ledge in moments of doubt. She was so detailed and thorough in the entire process of coaching me for my very first Ironman. Her pre-race prep was so unique and I followed it 100% and it worked! Her nutrition advice while training and during race day was spot on and I never bonked and recovered so fast. Main point of the story is trust her… she knows what she’s talking about. I am so grateful for her!!

As an individual 6 months post op from a full ACL reconstruction KellyAnn walked me through rebuilding my strength, base and confidence. Working with Kelly Ann has been truly life changing. Since my teeenage years I have struggled with weight loss, fitness and maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle. After getting engaged a year ago and weighing a too heavy 170lbs I knew I had to make a change. I started working out more and making some better food choices, but I didn’t really see the results until I started working with Kelly Ann. The resources, tools, knowledge and motivation that she provides as a coach is what made the difference that I am seeing today. I am currently 140lbs and dropping and have made incredible changes in nutrition, fitness and most importantly building healthy habits!! She makes you want to be better everyday by doing the work right along side you which is so inspiring. When I see her working hard for her goals it pushes me to put in the extra effort to see the change in my body and myself! I am so lucky to be a part of the TRIKAM community and to have Kelly Ann as my coach!! (Although my seamstress may not be as happy with how many times we had to take in my wedding dress😉)

“I felt fully prepared heading into my first triathlon with it also being a half Ironman. From barely being able to swim 25 yards without getting out of breath; I only accomplished this goal with the help of TriKAM and following the custom workout plan for me. I completed and exceeded my time expectations while feeling great throughout the race. The nutrition advice was instrumental in feeling as good as I did and made me really enjoy the race. “Flexibility. Not having to worry about making my own workouts, or if I'm doing too much or not enough, etc. This makes it super easy for me! Plus, there have been days where I would not have worked out on my own, but since I paid for a work out and it was already written I did the work out! It has kept me much more consistent than I would have been alone. I love that my workouts are specific to the equipment I have, and if I'm traveling and have access to different equipment, my workouts are modified to reflect that! Also, the videos of exercises are SUPER helpful!”
