TriathELITE Strength Training

$49.99

This is a four phase progressive overload strength training program for individuals with lifting (preferably power lifting) experience.

The phase progressions* are as follows:

  1. Strength Build/Hypertrophy (5x week for 4 weeks)

  2. Power Application (3x week for 4 weeks)

  3. Muscular Endurance (2x week for 4 weeks)

  4. Maintenance (1-2x week (by preference) for 1-4 weeks, depending on your Pre-Competition and Competition Phase lengths)

TriathELITE Strength Training is for any individual (not just triathletes!) looking to improve overall strength, endurance, and power output.

I designed and completed this exact training program after I won Ironman 70.3 Lubbock to get ready for Ironman 70.3 World Championships where I placed 5th in my age group (30-34), 11th overall female amateur, and top 42 overall women including the professional field. My performance at this race earned me a professional racing position. This program helped me make huge improvements across my swim, bike, run and general strength performances, as well as lower body fat, and increase muscle mass drastically.

If you are looking for an advanced lifting program to do in the offseason or even during main season to boost your athletic performance and race to a higher level, this is the program for you!

It is a very challenging program, physically and mentally, especially if you’re looking to gain the most out of it as you can.
