TRI ME
TRI ME is a 5-week intro to triathlon training guide! This guide covers 5-weeks with 6 workouts per week guiding you through the process of training for a triathlon. It begins with a 30-minute run/walk workout, basic strength and circuit exercises, pool workouts, and a 30-minute bike ride, then over the course of 5 weeks finishes with a sprint distance triathlon!
Your cardiovascular system will be taxed, built up, and recovered effectively and appropriately over the duration of the guide. All workouts can be modified and scaled up or down to fit your current fitness level.
Exercises within the guide are linked to demonstration videos of myself performing the exercise to avoid any confusion. There are also swim and transition videos available as well in addition to pre and post workout stretches.
