Do I have to track macros?

Nope. This is your lifestyle, I’m here to help the best I can. If you prefer to not track macros just say so in the questionnaire and we will use other methods instead.

Why should I consider tracking macros?

Tracking macros allows you to understand the nutrients you consume on a daily basis and the ratio of energy calories compared to more metabolism boosting calories. Managing results first begins with managing what you’re currently doing then learning how to navigate food choices in a smart and informed way. Tracking allows you to gain a better understanding of your current food choices and adjust based on the goals you set for yourself. Overtime, tracking macros helps you establish skillsets that translate into intuitive eating which means you no longer need to track but can still sustain results you’ve earned while enjoying the food you love.

What if I don’t know what macros are?

Don’t worry! In your email consultation I will provide a basic overview of macros and other important areas of nutrition that play large roles in your health and success. But to really gain a better understanding of macros and their importance in the success and health you see, I would highly encourage you to download my app, TRI KAM TRAINING, where you will find Nutrition Guides, videos, and handouts that deep dive into what macros are, why they’re important, and how to apply them to your own goals and lifestyle. PLUS within that app you receive all of my workouts, training plans, recipes & other guides such as homesteading, sourdough baking and more!

Please remember this is NOT a meal plan. This is a nutritional consultation tailored to the questions you answer in the questionnaire provided. The feedback, advice and recommendations are tools you can implement into your life AFTER you consult with your doctor and/or registered nutritionist.
