What if I have a busy work/home life schedule?

No problem! Nutrition tracking should take no more than 10 minutes of your day if you’re truly making it a priority like it should be. So many of us scroll aimlessly on our phones for hours. If we simply plan ahead and follow the guidance I provide that has helped hundreds of other people see the results they want, you can easily squeeze in the little time you need to track your food to ensure you are meeting your body’s need to see the results you want.

How long should I plan for coaching to see the results I want?

This is very individual dependent because no everyone has the same goals or weight/body composition changes they want to see.

Typically I recommend 6 months to not only establish a baseline for current eating habits, but also how to accurately track, adjust eating habits, implement lasting change and begin seeing the results you want. When to comes to MAINTAINING those results long term, I recommend a full year from start to finish so we can work together to ensure you know how to adjust eating habits based on your ever adjusting goals but also how to intuitively eat without needing to track food daily to stay on track with health & results.

Does this include fitness coaching or exercise recommendations for injuries?

No. Fitness coaching would be an additional purchase ($200/mo) and is only for individuals looking for running or triathlon specific training.

When it comes to pre-existing injuries and wanting exercises to improve those injuries, I would recommend reaching out to a physical therapist to diagnose and prescribe exercises specific to what you have going on. My scope of training does not allow me to provide exercises for known injuries or prevention. I will recommend workouts within the 1st Phorm app or my own app for everyone looking for workouts that do not have injuries.

Please remember all workouts, nutrition advice and any health recommendations are always to be discussed with your doctor prior to implementing into your life.

  3. Set-up New Client On-Boarding Zoom video call

  4. Download 1st Phorm app with Premium subscription (monthly or annually)

    If you cannot identify and quantify what you are currently eating and then be able to do the same with adjustments you make, you cannot understand why or you’re not seeing results.

    Tracking food is a TOOL to help you understanding your eating habits and identify areas for improvement while helping to guide you on a known path to see the results you want while meeting your body’s health needs.

    To say you don’t want to track your food because it’s one extra task in your day is (I’m sorry to say) being lazy. Everything takes time to learn, but with me by your side my goal is to help you learn to track your food in short amounts of time to make your life easier and more fulfilling because you’re finally seeing those results you’ve always wanted and feeling your best while doing it.

    When it comes to the 1st Phorm app, you can either keep the app with all of the data it has stored in there for you OR you can cancel your subscription. To do that you need to go to your phone subscription area to cancel that separately from your subscription here.
